Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

At Miss Monroes, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you're not 100% happy with your order, simply return it in its original condition, and we’ll gladly offer an exchange or refund. Follow the instructions below for a seamless return experience.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (for both domestic and international orders).

  • Tags & Packaging: Items must have original tags attached, be unworn, unsoiled, and in their original packaging.

    Sale Items:
    Items purchased on sale or during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday) cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
    Exception: Black Friday discounts on full-priced items are eligible for size exchanges only. Please email info@missmonroes.com.au for assistance.
  • Makeup/Tanning Marks: Items with any marks (e.g., makeup or tanning products) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How to EXCHANGE Items – Within Australia

1. Order Your Exchange Item:
Visit www.missmonroes.com.au, place an order for the item you'd like as your exchange, and complete payment. This ensures your desired item is in stock.

2. Complete the Return Form:
Fill out our return form here and add it to the package of the unwanted item(s) for return.

3. Post the Return items:
Send your item(s) via Registered Post with a tracking number to the address provided on the return form.
Tip: Keep your tracking number for peace of mind.

4. Receive Your Refund:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund for the original item.


How to Request a REFUND – Within Australia

1. Prepare Your Item:
Ensure tags are intact and the item meets all return conditions.

2. Complete the Return Form:
Fill out our return form here and package the item(s) securely.

3. Post the Return:
Use Registered Post with a tracking number to return your item(s).

4. Refund Processing:
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund immediately. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Important Notes:
- Refunds are available only for full-priced items.
- Shipping charges for the original order or return are non-refundable.

What to Include in Your Return Package
- The item(s) in original condition with tags attached.
- Your completed return form.

Additional Information
- Miss Monroes is not liable for items lost in transit, so be sure to retain your tracking details.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders*.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging

* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)

Please note - regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE or DISCOUNTED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

Miss Monroesdoes not offer free shipping on International returns or exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered byMiss Monroes. Any packages sent must have a valid international tracking number.

Miss Monroes cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “for exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.

Refunds are given on full priced garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurrent by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Email info@missmonroes.com.au to receive your return form. 

After filling out the return form, send the item back to us with a valid international tracking number.

Included the following items in your satchel:

  • The items you wish to return/exchange (in their original packaging and tags attached)
  • The Miss Monroes return form
  • Proof of purchase receipt/email

REFUNDS:

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received byMiss Monroes, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

Important Points

  • We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items, except when the item is faulty. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
  • Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
  • Exchanges can only be made if the intended item is available.
